Returns

All Returns will be Charged a 10% Restocking Fee! Customer is responsible for the Shipping.

We will accept returns for both refunds and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. If more than 30 days has elapsed, then we will not be able to guarantee either a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be unused, and in the original packaging. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned such as perishable goods (i.e. food items, newspapers, or magazines), hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, or gift cards.

Sale items may qualify for a refund with a 10% restocking fee based on the sale price. Clearance and discontinued items are not eligible for refunds.

To complete your return and refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping: To return your item, mail the product to: 56 Sugar House Road, Alstead, NH 03602. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will call, or send you an email, to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Refunds & Exchanges

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 1-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds: If you aren’t sure whether you have received your refund, first double-check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company and bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this, and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@bascommaple.com.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@bascommaple.com and send your item to: 56 Sugar House Road, Alstead, NH 03602.
