Returns
All Returns will be Charged a 10% Restocking Fee! Customer is responsible for the Shipping.
We will accept returns for both refunds and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. If more than 30 days has elapsed, then we will not be able to guarantee either a refund or exchange. We do require proof of purchase, such as a receipt or sales order from Bascom Maple Farms, in order to process a return or refund. Customers will be given a product refund, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Sale items may be refunded with a 10% restocking fee from the sale price, however clearance and discontinued items are not eligible for refunds.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Shipping: To return your item, mail the product to: 56 Sugar House Road, Alstead, NH 03602. The customer is responsible for return shipping. If you are returning an item over $75, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will call, or send you an email, to notify you that we have received your returned item, and that the refund will then be processed.

Refunds & Exchanges
Late or missing refunds: If you aren’t sure whether you have received your refund, please double-check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company and bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this, and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@bascommaple.com.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Exchanges: We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do request a photo of the damage or defect for our records. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@bascommaple.com and send your item to: 56 Sugar House Road, Alstead, NH 03602.
