2’ x 6’ complete evaporator consisting of stainless 2’ x 4’ pan with
7” raised flues and sap level regulator, 2’ x 2’ stainless cross flow syrup pan, arch for 2’ wood with stainless sides, grates, and stainless smokestack. Made like the larger commercial models. Capacity 50–250 taps. Requires 70 full fire bricks.
